Deeply angulated GSD puppy displays exaggerated walking twist and slight limp on rear right leg. Note: he does not display any pain and he is very energetic. Does anybody with displastic dogs have this condition?

You really can't tell from the way a dog walks if he is dysplastic. There are dogs who have severe dysplacia who walk fine and dogs who are OFA Good who walk oddly. X-rays are your only way to determine if this pup has this.

gsdland is correct X rays are the only way to tell. How old is the puppy? Alot of lines are "loose" in the rear if heavy angulation is present. If the pup is around 7 months he or she could be experiencing pano or growing pains causing that limp. Although it usually affects a front leg not a back one.
