Can a dog get poison oak or poison ivy?? Thanks

They can but usually their fur protects them from the oils spreading to the skin. It is more likely you will get it from petting your dog if the oils are present. There are oatmeal baths for dogs that can provide relief.
Do you see raised blisters and or/oozing? Or suspect they were laying down in the stuff?

Have you been working around it and your dog was in contact with it? What makes you think that he has it? loss of hair? intense itching?
I personally would talk with a vet about it and Oatmeal baths are really good for them too.
