If my understand is not out-dated, SV does not require GSD elbow certification as a recommendation for breeding.
I am not sure if this is still correct, but I think the hip stamp is just that, for hips not elbows as well.
Am I right.

SV requires elbows as well.

Best to get the DNA done at the same time as the Hips and Elbows for the SV least wise they do over here for what it is worth
