It still states

"A $3000.00 dollar reward is offered for the information leading to the Arrest and Conviction of those responsible for the disappearance and death of a 2 time National IPO-FH Champion - Hex Aites Bohemia."

Al is the person responsible for Hex's death for letting him out in an  unfenced yard near a highway. The only other person would be the driver of the truck that hit him. There isn't any dog napper, dog torturer or dog killer and never was..


"In the event that funds are not dispersed by default of the qualifying recipient, (to be disqualified such as a Law Enforcement Officer, or no conviction during trial) we are researching the development of a foundation to honor Hex's memory or to donate remaining funds to a suitable charity."

It's been over a year. Have you seen an announcement of a a Foudation or anyone identifying a "suitable charity"?



"At present we have not dispersed any monies from the donation and / or bracelet fund and will post a list of expenditures as they arise."

So none of the money has been spent at all? Have you seen any list of expendiitures,  I haven't ?

You have a UScA  judge starting an Internet witch hunt accusing his former club members of stealing his dog and then escalating to claims the dog was beaten with baseball bats and drugged. With ZERO proof and in contradiction of every official report. Now a year later with none of the reports or information that was promised materializing. We have a few people trying  to silence anyone that dares raise the obvious questions.

Read the police/sherriffs report and the official Hex website.

Interesting reading on the clubs lawsuit on the Hex information page.

The documents show a little different slant then what I have seen on line.

no, again you only think you know what you are talking about Thomas - and as usual, you are wrong again.  Just because someone said so, that means it's fact? 

I don't have any dogs in this fight, same as Hexe says;  don't know any of 'em,
not related in any way, heck I'm overseas ... so I don't actually care whether
Bob's side or Thomas' side win the back-and-forth.  It is getting a little bit
repetitive, though.

That said, it DOES appear that some public appeal for funds was made in re:
Hex the dead dog - whatever the truth of that demise actually WAS.  And it is
also apparent that nothing has come out of that appeal in a whole year,
whether totals collected, expenditure made, lab. reports on cause of death
etc.

So it seems only reasonable to ask WHY ? on behalf of anyone who did
donate to that appeal.  OK its 'their business' but if noone ever questions
these arrangements, is how people get scammed.  So in the sense that it
is in all society's interests to expose scams, it is all our business to ask.

SO  lets put the thred to rest, at least temporarily,  if anyone knows the
answer to how much got collected, how much was spent & on what, and
where the chump change is NOW, - would you please tell the public,
either on here or somewhere prominent that  can be referenced by those
who are interested / affected ???  Thanks soo much.

All you GG's are all mouth and vague accusations and no details. YOU were one of the people that led the Witch Hunt with
your Hex FB page and censorship of the Grassroots Yahoo Group.  It's sure not surprising that you're back. Have you sold or placed anymore

Al and Marcia Govednik were both advised per their attorney and the Investigator NOT to post or respond on these forums so you are wrong about who GSDmom might be.

Goad all you want but I don't believe you are smart enough or coniving enough to get them to break their word and post.... 

In the complaint that Marcia filed against her husband Al - Al was found not guilty - matter of public record - but no.... YOU are not going to punch that out on your keyboard..  just the vicious stuffs that you live on...  life that boring for you big boy?

Keep digging your hole Tomas...  it's getting deeper and deeper.

I sent money to Al. and it did not have any conditions attached. I have not and will not ask for it to be returned, however, I think I saw that it was offered at some point. I do not expect an accounting. Al has helped me over the years and I think it was the least i could do. Finally I do not understand Jim and Thomas's fixation on this issue. Apparently Al made a mistake and the organization has sanctioned him for it. End of story as far as I am concerned. We would trial under Al anytime.
