You don't have to press both buttons at the same time, the page works automatically when the stimulation button is engaged so when the page function is used, it reminds the dog that it is very possible that a reminder (or stim) is forthcoming. Kinda like asking a dog to sit and when it doesn't, you repeat your command with a leash correction.

Someone help me out here.......
The page feature is just that, either a vibration or audible tone, only.
The stimulation feature vibrates or beeps simultaneously to connect the two functions and give the beep/buzz a purpose. So, yes there is no stimulation when the "beep button" is pushed.
