bee I had not seen that one, it was hilarious, so many wrong experts. One poster after being corrected doesn't accept the correct answer then deems another wrong answer to be correct. By the last page this poster finally gets the correct answer from a German she works with, the same answer she did not accept in the first place, then she demands an apology from the ones that were right in the first place! What it reminds me is that German is a tough language and those that think they are fluent in it have a lot to learn.

I am glad you could appreciate that one Markobytes. I was just a wet-behind-the-ears noob then, too. I had not had my niave belief in the authority of the "AKC Complete Dog Book, 17th Edition," dashed to smithereens, yet.

This next one, might be an acquired taste. The poem I found and posted in response to the OP's impatience at his lack of immediate replies, is classic, and could use re-sharing from time to time.

In that thread beetre posted last I want to thank Silbersee and Yellow Rose for the great info they provided, that post is a good reference to save. Thanks to Laura I had good read in those threads in the last few days, no wonder the saying "old is GOLD"

I was happy that one came true. I hope as others followed, the steps were clear to anyone wanting to persue the VA rating by putting the effort into it. There are many dogs imported and domestic worthy of the rating that do not wind up with the rating.

This is a fun thread to read. Be ready to smile. There are some real funny gems posted along the way, and it was fun for me to see and read again from certain posters from what is becoming...long ago, other days. Ignore a slight "blip" around page 8, it doesn't last for long, as it is still a hoot for the doggedly lovelorn!
