Bravo, Bob!! So true!!

I'm not taking sides in this flaming war but I do think that a lot of people have legitimate concerns about the lack of necropsy results for Hex over a year after the fact. I have never known autopsies to take this long.

I think this has nothing to do with the hex incident, I could be wrong but I think that is what Mystere is trying to tell us.
We all "assume" it is related, but, you know what Felix Unger says when we assume something.

Kitkat--Thank you!! Precisely. That is why I referred people to look back at the timeline regarding the "Hex Affair." The incident that is the subject of the disciplinary matter took place on August 8th, as clearly stated in the EB ballot posting on the USCA website. One, specific day.
FYI :(for those who like to fling poop, but are too lazy to check out the facts) Hex went missing on September 26, 2012. I am done.

You know, for a long time, i've given them the benefit of the doubt. I just figured it was a case of two sides in a not so friendly disagreement thinking the worst in each other. One side thinking the other stole and murdered their dog, and the other thinking some guy was caught stealing so he brewed up some crazy story and killed his own dog to deflect the story and get some insurance money.
You're right, assuming will get a lot of people in trouble and neither "side" is innocent of anything in this and neither can look in a mirror.
All I know, is plenty of time has passed to prove or disprove lots of this story, and still when it's brought up, people just dig their heels in further. Fight, fight, fight, keep it going. It's been so productive this far :)

Hex went missing in 2011, not 2012.

You are absolutely correct. Stupid typos on my part : August 8, 2011 and September 26, 2011. The point is that the disciplinary incident was more than six weeks prior to the Hex matter.
(Soooo looking forward to the need to learn to type 2013).

Everything started with the alleged misuse of the MSSV club credit card by Al. The downgrade of his UScA judging license was because of voice mails that Al left on MSSV members phones.. I've heard the voice mails, threats and profanity totally inappropriate for a UScA judge and AWDF
President. Also incredibly stupid to leave that kind of message on a voice mail.
The whole Hex affair, from when he went missing to the attempt to blame MSSV members to the prepousderous claims of beaten with a bat and druggged and kidnapped and murdered have all IMO been an attempt to divert attention from the initial claim of misuse of the credit card.
The decent and proper thing for Al to do (again IMO) would be to resign and apologize (without UScA having to mandate it) and take responsibility for his actions.

Dob:
Why would Al do that? since the judge has dismissed mssv,s suit 4 differnt times because of lack of evedince? But hell why throw in a little truth it would be so much more juicy running off at your mouth and whinng like the BITCH you guys are!.
