If you happen across the manuals for the Remote Viewing JEDI project, let me know.  I just don't feel like a Super Soldier, when all I can do is tip goats.

they are hiring field trial trainers and using QAA level dogs that can pinpoint handle out to suspected IEDS at a distances of up to 250 yards I' know   they are doing nothing like that at Lakland since the only people who know how to do that type training are people who know how to teach blind retrieves and condition dogs with ecollars , if you can show me anywhere that the military does anything even close to that?? anyhow I hope you can find your manuels

here is a dog doing a very simple 150 yard blind the dogs at k2 are required to do 250 meters and indicate with a passive down alert when you find the manuels from Lakland about the way they train them for this please email them to me! it takes a high drive dog to handle at that distance and the only dogs bred for that distance are Trial Labs I predict before too long the Israeli Army will be here learning how to do this as this type training as it is strictly American

OMG, WTF!!!

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF ANY "GOVERNMENT ISSUE" MANUALS OR STUDIES THAT HAVE SOME RELATIONSHIP TO THE ALLEGED BIOSENSOR PROGRAM?

MANUAL NUMBERS PLEASE!!!

I THOUGHT I DIDN"T LEAVE ANY ROOM FOR OPINION IN THIS POST.  I ASKED A QUESTION THAT HAS A "NO OPINION" ANSWER.

IF NOT YOU DON'T KNOW THE ANSWER TO MY FIRST POST, PLEASE STFU.

I would expect there were only a couple people that would even be involved with Biosensor, why would they even bother to write and publish a governement manual?  For example, I used to make and repair horse tack in the Army, and I promise there was no manual!  And those traditional skillsets were utilized for over a hundred years, more deserving of a manual, IMO.  The manuals available to the (many)dog handlers, of course makes sense.

Using the Biosensor pitch is all about commercial opportunism, hardly any different than the ones attempting to capitalize on the military's "alleged" psychic research.

There are no FM's or other manuals than what my friend Dr. Fox wrote. A lot of this knowledge is only passed down through real contact with actual trainers involved in such training. If you can even find his books, they are in the $200 price range, I have rare books and such dating back to 1903 on military dog training, including DDR Katalogs, z PS, and my actual real world training. We are thinking of a training manual that encompasses advanced concepts and training methods sometime soon. I can't say everything, but progressive trainers like me are sought out by Teams that desire the best and always looking for those that are at the cutting edge, developing new techniques, and working in hostile environments. Some dogs and breeds are just not suitable for all around versatility as German Shepherd Dogs. Force Protection/PSD/T1 people need the best and we put K-9's out for downrange/foreign ops. There would be no manuels on the Bio-sensor program because the FM manuels like the FM20-20, is about dog training and specific trainings had specific manuels. The Bio-sensor program was a breeding program. These dogs were then shipped to Ft. Benning, or Lackland AFB to pursue further training at anywhere from 1 year to 18 months/ Of course some stayed at Aberdeen PG and some also were acquired by the DC Metropolitan PD.

Gustav, where are the reports from the program?  How are they cataloged?  Is it a freedom of information act type of deal?

Something had to be written down somewhere.

by Gustav on 07 September 2011 - 12:09

Try the freedom of information act or get in touch with APG. The program when I was working with it(receiving their dogs at Ft. Benning), was under the direction of Col. Castleberry. Also you can get in touch with Charlie Kirschner(sells K9 equipment in SC primarily to police), who also was involved with the program in his 25 years of K9 with Metropolitan PD in Washington, DC.
