It should be against the law to take a found dog out of the state,with out a ten day hold on it,a vet check and a report made to all appropriate agencies.This person should have to pay the travel expenses to get the dog home.emgemggmmgmhh!!!

Whew!! Thank goodness!! NOW, get to Virginia and get that dog today!!! Do not wait, do not pass GO, do not collect $200, just drop everything and get that dog...before she returns and throws a possible monkey-wrench into the whole thing.
