Some excellent kennels mentioned,Ibrahim has a good point even well respected kennels does not guar.. a great dog,smaller breeders can get lucky and produce as good or sometimes even better than some of the well known names,my advice follow the top producing females and look at what  males they are matched up with,your odds are better with going with  top PROVEN producing dogs more so than what kennels they are comming out of,Ive seen poor temperament come out of some of the kennels mentioned but that doesnt mean they cant or havent produced some very fine dogs also. 

Jinopo

Jinopo isn't a kennel, its a business name. There are many kennels contributing to the business and not all are working lines, or gsd for that matter.

Jinopo is breeding other breeds? Or selling them? 

Jinopo is a business selling dogs they bred and also selling dogs from other kennels. Not too many years ago, for example, they had two dobe x gsd, litter mates for sale.
The owner breeds gsd.
