That's correct, the breeder of Malone Jax ( Judy Malone Magnasco) is known to breed sires and dams that are both Ataxia Carriers- in order for Malones Jax to be an Ataxia Carrier both Malones Mighty Blue Phoenix and Malones Start Me Up would have to be Ataxia carriers to pass it to the puppies. In the breeding between Rogue and Jax, Rigue is Ataxia Clear and therefore won't pass Ataxia to the puppies. Remember it is irresponsible to breed two Ataxia carriers.

The above dog Rogue, was bred to another one of my bred by's Malones Jax, both owned by the same people, who is an Ataxia Carrier. This breeding was NOT SUPPORTED by me, the breeder
of both parents, due to lack of proper health testing.
