The mesurement can be different but if the dog is god enoug the trend is unfortunatly that it would be messured down to 65cm. This is a problem becaurse a bigger dog is more easyly seen in the ring. And therfor often i favored by the judges. A GSD is supposed to be a medium bug dog in fact when you thing about it a 60cm dog is a small male 65 a big male and therefor a correct male shuld be around 62,5-63 cm.
