I can understand the non believers judging Christians, but we shouldn't do it amongst ourselves as we are not to judge and only God knows peoples hearts. Sure, we will see Christians do imperfect things, however, we are not perfect, we are works in progress.
Which brings me to the next question, once you profess Jesus is your Lord, ask Him into your heart and start your Christian walk, if you continue in your sin, will you still be saved?
Anyone can answer this. :)

Think Big Bang. Do you think time was infinite before the "Big Bang" ?

Obviously you have spent a great deal of time and money studying psychics and/or philosophy, did you obtain a degree? I chose not to go to university, so I concede that your understanding of theory related to science surpasses mine. I could waste my days away looking at the theories behind your questions ( that I'm sure you will keep asking) but does this really change the fact that neither science or religion can offer concrete evidence of how we came to exist? My position from the beginning has been that I couldn't say with any certainty, so if you or anyone else can prove that I'm wrong, by all means do so.

You was the one to ask the OP the questions, wanting to talk truth, and explain how God exists .. why end the conversation now ? Are you afraid maybe someone will change your direction of though ?
Felloffher, do you believe there was a beginning of time ? Do you think time was caused by something other than time it's self ?
Think Big Bang. Do you think time was infinite before the "Big Bang" ?

Fellofher, most of your posts about dogs are good ones but when I see these posts on religion and God I just can't picture that they're coming from you. Now, I'm not here to judge just to question and attempt to understand. I don't know if you feel "hate" or just totally 'against" or "rebellious" or some other along those lines. Did something bad happen if your life that you blame God? I'm being sincere not a smart ass. Because if yes than I could understand a little better.
I can't remember the year but wasn't Noah's Ark found? And the shroud? And other things that tie into the Bible?
I'm not sure if the proper word to sum all of this up is FAITH but at times you talk as if it needs to be right in front of your face in order for you to believe? That might never happen and when you're at the Pearly Gates you are going to say something to the effect that you can't enter because you had no faith or didn't believe because you didn't see it with your own eyes. But what if you have seen? You just didn't comprehend? Or believe? I'm just pointing things out.
A couple things; "88/'89 I'm in Germany. I'm in a very bad accident, I roll my BMer one and a half times. As I'm about to roll on the top of the car I hear a voice that tells me to lay down. As I quickly lay down the entire roof is smashed below the head rest/halfway down the back of the seat. All windows are blown out. I squeeze out the window and look at my BMer and sit down and thought I was going to cry. Wasn't worried about me, I wanted to bring that car back to the states and that wasn't going to happen now. I looked at the crumpled metal and said "Thank you Lord!" Now I didn't see him but what other explanation would I need??? I have escaped death 4 times in my life but that was moment you just can't forget.
2nd thing; I'm prior military and I believe any military person will agree 100% with me. The most important "thing" in a military persons' life is MORAL! You can't see it. taste it, smell it, hold it in your hands. But, and but, it is a POWERFUL, POWERFUL thing that can make or break ones life, the mission and the outcome! Kind of like GOD!

I'm still open to discussing this topic, but like I previously requested I need proof outside the bible. BabyEagle I see where your line of questioning is leading and it very thought provoking, but for me I still end up at square one, asking the same questions without very few answers. Is it easier to believe we were created by a god? I think it is for some and for others there's to many things unanswered.
I'm not worried about having my mind changed. I was raised as a Protestant with parents that were understanding and didn't force religion on us. I attended church every Sunday until I was 12 or 13 and was around for many bible studies and discussions relating to prophecy as well. There's to many holes in the story and most follow with blind faith and ignore things that should be questioned.
When I did ask questions, I didn't like the bull shit fluff answers I got and it was a big part of what turned me off. My Grandma is still crushed to this day.
I've got to pick my wife up from work, but I will answer the rest of your questions when I get back.

That testimony made my skin crawl....I can totally understand why there can be no other explaination than the presence of God, for the voice telling you to lay down and the outcome of your accident..... I bet you still count your blessings....

Country music song, David Whorley sums it up when he sings about his friend down at the local bar, complaining about how bad his life is. "Sounds like life to me." When my buds say or I hear someone say their life is so ............................................ (every negative word) I tell them " There's always someone else in a worse situation" and you're six feet above and not six feet below!!"
ENJOY.
