Whatever, point remains. IPO first if not good enough, off to vendor to get sold as police dog.
If these dogs were horses the vendor is like the knackery.

problem of forums VK, they dond show sarcasm,fun or pun well, and your point is non valid, percentage IPO dropouts that go to police is loooooow
and trust me I have better backup info on that than you,no matter how badly you want it to be true
