No, I really want to, I voted for Reagan but unfortunately I was young and stupid. I grew up to bad others didn't as well. Reagan was a POS. He spent worse than any President since. He ran on smaller government but government just got bigger. In the end he wasn't any good and now we are looking at another TV/movie star who is even worse and people are just falling over themselves to vote the racist into office. Shame that this is what America has become. Make America more racist should be Trumps pitch line.

I think they are probably about equal; consider :
The major party of the Right has a candidate to lead the country but cannot agree 100% among themselves to support that one person.
The major party of the liberal / soft Left / social democrats finds itself saddled with a leader who brings a lot of baggage many of them would rather do without.
And ...
Both sides have people in 'ministerial' (OK for US, State Secretarial) positions who are mostly seen as not experienced enough to do those jobs. In the UK's case this is not only half of Corbyn's cabinet, it is our newly appointed Tory Chancellor, too.
We may be trying to negotiate our way out of Europe against the better advice of nearly half our own population, a huge chunk of one constituent Nation (Scotland), and the US President, among others; but your lot are (perhaps justifiably) refusing to endorse said Republican candidate because of some row about nominees' wives.

I think Cruz is creepy but I am glad he refused to be a cuckold and support Trump. Trump went after his family and he refused to be like Chris Christie and kneel before Trump. The fact that people boo him for that shows how much pride or integrity they have since anyone who has any would not fault Cruz for what he did.
The other thing is how people should be blindfolded when it comes to elections. It doesn't matter what a particular politician says if you know who says it. For example, although they aren't politicians, Melania Trump and Michelle Obama. All of those republicans cheered Melania's speech but would they have cheered had Michelle recited it even though they were Michelle's words first? All of those Trump supporters have to face the reality that they agreed with Michelle Obama and that Melania does too.

"Your word is your bond"...um, yeah well that wasn't exactly Earth shattering... the first time we heard it, and I'd wager it was said umpteen times before Michele even uttered those words. All it proves is Melanie isn't the sharpest pencil in the box. Or maybe it was their speechwriters. ...
