I'll bet VK isn't a male either. What man says - tehe (sic)? I felt sorry for VK when Rik called her bluff, but not so much anymore.

"I love a good looking dog. I have had show lines in the past. For me personally, structure, looks and working ability are all important. For the dogs I choose for work, looks are not as important, working ability and structure are."
the guy has been around the gsd block a few times i am guessing (more than i ever will at least) i thought his comment was interesting in that it suggests somehow good looks and good structure are somehow different things, i find this perplexing in that in my newb view one necessarily would lead to the other - you see it different??
what is the conflict/mismatch between good looks and good structure that SLAM outlines, a reasonable question for a newb i would have thought, trolling? who me for seeking clarification to a statement made by an experienced hand or you calling slam a troll for deliberately making a statement for the specific purpose of evoking an emotional response??
please clarify in more than a one line judgmental accusation .
if it is off topic blame slam first and yourself second. i am just talking dog.

ok don't do anything crazy like answer a simple question, just accuse, discredit and judge.
good advice slam, will get off this thread, (apologies to the OP) i will leave it as a mystery why YOU drew a distinction between good looks, good structure and working ability.

I think your confusing "structure" with conformation, which is what I believe Slam is talking about. Just guessing here....
LOL, I'm in the process of purchasing a dog that has a chunk of its ear missing, and I'm okay with that.
