What about a child born in USA of two resident aliens? I know they can get a USA passport but their older sibling not born in the USA had to get a passport from the parents country of citizenship. The younger child can claim dual citizenship or so I was told. Sorry if your dreams of becoming prez were dashed for you, Sitasmom but things have a way of working out for the best.
