I just did a fundraiser event the other day. I donated a designer handbag to the silent auction and it was actually one I had won from a different silent auction at another fundraising event. I was the person reading the names of the silent auction winners at the end of the evening. I saw the winning bidder of the handbag I donated was my husband”s name. During the announcement I let the crowd know that he just bought me my own handbag and paid more for it than I did!
