Hard to say based on that pic. Looks like she can move with her shoulder open but IMO she's being restricted by the lead and/or the pace of the movement. Would like to see her really in full gait on a loose lead or off lead, or in motion (not a single pic).

Nice reach and good rear drive, but shoulder could be more open for better front. I like the front to come up a little more with head held high. Nice pup, but curious as to why you would keep back a LC?
