What's wrong with it? Why not have a smaller version of the Pit Bull? Personally, I would love to have a Pit Bull, but I don't want a big a$$ dog. I would prefer a small one. I am planning on getting one in the next year. If everyone wants to breed Pit Bulls, then why not make smaller ones? He said he keeps in touch with the people who get his dogs. He also said that they only breed once every 1-2 years. This is alot better than the people who breed BIG Pit Bulls, and have like 6 breedings a year. That's why there are so many Pit Bulls that get mistreated and put down. "Oh yeah, Man. I want a Pit Bull", then they fight them, and don't feed them right, and all sorts if stuff. Why not just stop breeding all together. Then there will be no dogs left in the world....

Why don't just adopt a dog from the shelter? Why do you HAVE TO HAVE a pit bull?

"With all the unwanted dogs in the world" they are UNWANTED... that’s why there is a need for a new breed. Something people WANT.

You can’t force people to have something they don’t want....

The need for the new breed is outlined on the website.

People who WANT a pit bull but NEED it to be smaller because of living conditions.

You should not feel guilty for buying something you WANT and NEED. If you buy a dog from a shelter you never know what you are going to end up with in the long run. If you buy from a breeder you can get insights into the parents and sometimes for many generations back and have almost a perfect idea of the temperament your puppy will have, as it grows older and what it will look like. Things you will never know when you get a dog from a shelter.

im not saying you should not adopt dogs... just be careful as you would when selecting a breeder, but to say it is wrong to buy new dogs that do not come from a shelter is ridiculous.

Looks to me like he is trying to use jack russel and boston terrier as well as smaller Pits. Probably shouldn't call them Pitbulls though since the basic concept of the pit will be lost. No way to keep the stable temperament like the Pit as far as People friendlyness goes unless you use only smaller and smaller pits. The boston and the Jack both are very tenacious but can be people nippers due to their small size. How is he going to prevent that trait so quickly. I don't disagree with breeding but I do disagree with irresponsible breeding.
