WHO'S YOUR CHOICE ON TOP KENNEL(S)? PLEASE DON'T USE THIS AS A WAY TO BASH OTHERS BUT SHARE YOUR EXPERIENCES WITH ONES YOU HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH AND SAY WHY YOU THINK THEY'RE TOP. FEEL FREE TO INCLUDE YOUR OWN AND BOAST A BIT AND YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENTS. ALSO LET IS IN ON WHO YOU BELIEVE THE BEST MATINGS WERE OR THAT COULD BE AS WELL. RESPECTFULLY, DAN

Best Canadian Kennel is without a doubt Bullinger Shepherds. Tracy Bullinger produces some excellent dogs with good structure, temperament and drives. She has been around for 20+ years and has been consistently producing the best dogs in Canada. She is very professional and stands behind the dogs she sells. www.bullingershepherds.com

I would definitely agree. I certainly don't know of a better Canadian kennel or one that even comes close. Not to mention the integrity and honesty of the kennel. Dan

I have getting dogs from Von Der Hohen Eiche(Stuttgart Germany) since 1982 and have but good things to say about them. I have also imported dogs from Von Batu. Great dogs, great lines, great breedings. Von Steigerhof(Bann Germany) is another great experience. I am expecting puppies from BSZS SG1 Salo Von Steigerhof in 10 days. He is son of VA3 Erasumus Von Noort

top kennels ?? -- it is as good as the people that run them as well as the dogs --obviuosly there are a number - i can second the previous posts ... but i would also like to add --- a very honorable reputable kennel that i have dealt with in germany -- Pallas Athene [ pallasathene.de ] - worth checking out the web site / worth considering ------ very upright/straight forward people and some very nice dogs/breedings

You are so right ALPHAPUP. And the only reason I added my two cents is that this board is routinly bashing breeders around the globe, so I just wanted to be part of a "positive post" for ONCE. I often wonder if kennels/people are really that bad out there or if there are some people out there with no contacts, that get off trashing others out of jealously, because they feel left out, or out of the loop. I have NEVER had a bad experience since I bought my first dog in 1982!

I think the kennel Vom Haus Santo from Belgium is one of thee best kennels ever... I've been keeping contact with this person and even know I haven't bought a dog from her she is always happy to answer to any questions that ask her. How'd I heard about her kennel? a man ( who is now my friend, and possible future kennel partners) has a vom haus santo female ( of course show lines) that use to be a member at the schutzhund club that belong to and I was very fascinated of how she worked. She had such high drives that I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me because she worked like a working line dog. It's great having to see a showline dog work like working lines :)

If you like Czech dogs I would go with Van Den Heuvel K9. They have awesome dogs and they are awesome to work with. Some people have a problem with the way they run their business (ie. they don't stud out their males to outside bitches, and they pick your pup for you after extensive conversations with you about what you want). All I know is four of us at my club have a dog from them (and one of those four is our training director) and all four are really nice dogs. Two of them are just shy of two and are incredible. The other two are just pups but they are awesome pups.
