Does anyone have good or bad experiences?

I am in the process of buying a dog from them right now. I will come back and leave updates as things progress. Everyone has to start somewhere, they have some quality dogs, so I guess I will be first to give them a chance. Hoping it is a positive experience.

I purchased a puppy (Arrow Luzenske Skaly) from them last year through krisari (Kristyna). The puppy arrived on January 28, 2014 in very good condition. However, I still haven't received the registration papers/export pedigree up to now.

I sent emails to Kristyna asking about it but I haven't received any reply since August 2014. I also sent an email to Marsyas Kennel last December, but haven't received any reply from them either.

I think Marsyas Kennel often has very nice dogs/puppies for sale. But, in my case, I wish they would send me the export pedigree already, or if not, at least inform me when they will be able to send it.

 

 

Hello, I purchased a young female and had them title, and get the hips certified there. They did a very good job and I am pleased with the dog and the training. I believe Kristyna deals in quality dogs and can handle all the after purchase details and training quite well. I do admit they are slow in sending the paperwork.

I would not hesitate to purchase another dog from Kristyna and plan to do just that if we find the right dog.

did you get your papers then? What was the time frame on them? Just nice to get the whole picture here. :)

So I picked up both pups I bought from Marsyas kennel today. Both in very good condition, and both seemed to handle a major trip, (czech to Canada,) very, very well. Both dogs are very beautiful, and seem to be exactly as described. Now for a check over from my vet, and try and be patient for their papers. According to kristyna, it will take 2-3 months, so, I will post back later to let others know how I made out there. As of today, so far, very happy with my purchases.
