Well... what do you call work... does there have to be bitework involved?

his first litters are just now old enough to start training, so hopefully we will see MANY good working dogs come from Ork.
for showlines that can work, I tend to look at dogs who have VA Hill, VA Ulk, VA Ajax Haller Osning, VA Triumph's Gucci, Bullinger lines.

Unfortunately I lost my catalog with all my detailed notes at the last Sieger show. There were, as usual, only small number of dogs I felt were really outstanding. I remember liking Emilio von Winnloh and ET von Sendling very much.
This dog is a local police K9: www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/pedigree/538239.html and hell of a good one with extremely powerful grip. There used to be a video of him up doing a drug search or something but I cannot find it. He is a Zamp son. I've also had the pleasure of handling a very powerful Erasmus son in PPD. This fall I did obedience work with a Taboo Nordteich (sp?) daughter that I felt has enormous potential.

Kirschental has done very well maintaining working qualities in their showlines. I would give my left arm for a Kirschental puppy :)
give me an Ulk linebreeding anyday too, though they can be a little hard headed, most I have been around were tough dogs.
I also liked Mark vh Beck and Fando Sudblick, but those dogs are generally only found in the 5th-7th generations nowadays.

What do you think of Sherry Kirschental? I wouldn't mind sending my Yacco daughter to him if she turns out.
EDIT: Where is Ork at stud? And yeah, it is disheartening how the V dogs with killer bitework don't get used as much as a wishy washy VA dog does.

I like Yacco. he's been throwing beautiful babies. hadn't seen too much out of Sherry but I have heard he is a nice dog. I'm generally a fan of most Kirschental dogs.
The little female I have available out of the Ork litter is really working on me. I might not be able to sell her. She is really intune to me, eerily human intelligent. super sweet and loving but she'll hit a rag in a heart beat.
