IMO, a breeder like Stefan doesn't just breed two dogs to have pups to sell. He is likely breeding as part of an overall breeding program trying to discover hidden recessives, pros and cons or certain line breedings , etc. That is why his program has yielded such good results.

Well i was over simplifying it i dont mean he chose two dogs at random to breed im sure he picked this pairing for a reason what i meant was i dont think there was some ulterior motive behind why i got to pick the dog i wanted or any of that. And for me its comforting to look at the pedigree and see pretty much all of it be well known good working dogs that did exactly what im hoping to do with mine.

I recommend myself i have a litter now and expect to have an excellent working litter at the end of the year also feel free to pm me.i only do working lines no showlines.

Wow i must say i am not shocked but wonder about what people can push for shit out of their brain.
This person who gets a puppy deserves a good puppy like everyone else. so leave this person alone and let them enjoy their puppy. they just want start in this sport,did their homework ,visit clubs and talked to people.

Huh? Where did this come from, Stefan? No one said he doesn't deserve a nice puppy. There were tons of recommendations on this topic.

I have a Terror son from Stefan and he is amazing. Your new pup will be super fun and able to do just about anything you want if you put in the time and effort. I've seen pics of this litter and they are adorable. Good luck and have fun with your new bundle of joy!

Hadnt been on here in a few days lol seems i missed a few posts. Im pretty sure what stefan is referring to is Apple posting theory after theory why stefan would let someone without much experience purchase a puppy and furthermore pick which one he wanted.

As i said all along as soon as i spoke with stefan about what i wanted he was very cool with me getting a dog and was very helpful. Now i told him and i posted it on here as well i am a novice to ipo but am not a novice to german shepherds nor to training them at least in obedience i have had them all my life. No prerequisites or anything was given i simply searched all over and decided they produced the dogs that had the best chance of getting me where i want to go. Now will i be able to bring that out of the dog? Well let me tell you i am making some big moves to make that happen and if i dont get it done it wont be from lack of effort lol.

Anyways i am beyond excited to get the pup in hand and am grateful that stefan has been better then expected in working with so far. I have asked him all sorts of questions from training to food to wanting pictures etc and he has been right there with the answers so i can say i dont see how it could have gone better.
