If Ron Paul was actually nowhere in the polls like the MSM reports, you wouldn't be here tossing uneducated half/arse opinions around. I understand people have no idea about Congress, H.R's, Bills and Acts, but after you know what is going around the floor and actually READ the BILLS .. you learn alot of how America got phucked up bigtime. But first you have to READ the BILLS and know the US Constitution !!! But hey, just keep reading your wacked out blogs and regurgitated misunderstanding .. you might find a few that never read BILLS or the US Constitution nowadays. 

Do you really think that the bill was simply just the Amber Alert with no additional garbage added to it ? I'd be here all day but I better stick to my quota in oppositions of attack or maybe one extra. LOL

Ron Paul is a strict Constitutionalist. Got it ? He votes NO on EVERYTHING that would federalize state and local law enforcement EVERYTHING.

1. This is a state issue not a federal issue. A. If my child is missing from Tanning Oil street in Pennsylvania, I want my local Police and the Pennsylvania State Police on it ASAP, no 24 hour "federal" waiting period till thug crosses state lines with my child. B. I want my local Police and State Police to find my child ASAP, NOT go looking for "Rave" congregations and bust permit holder's or Frank Sinatra for drugs. DUH !!!!!

2. Joseph Biden with a last minute addition included in the Amber Alert Bill the Illicit Drug Anti-Proliferation Act, (aka Rave Act) without a hearing, public notice or a debate in Congress. This is “backdoor” policy-making concealment that avoids the routine public hearings required before the new laws are "introduced", not just thrown on the floor and passed because the Bill sounds good.

3. Also, the Hatch Sensenbrenner amendment was added to the Feeney Amendment  which was also included in the Amber Alert Bill. This bill puts sentencings in the hands of prosecutors while tying the hands of federal judges which does create a judicial black list of judges that stray from the draconian mandates of the Amber Bill. The Hatch also makes "organizers" of every public event liable for prison time and fines up to $250,000.00 if drugs are found on the premises and includes the permit-holder for a public demonstration.

4. In the eyes of the federal government we are all potential child molesters see also Feeney amendment.
