She is a pretty girl, and I agree with what the others said. IMO her stack shows her nicer in the last couple of pictures, than in the first one.
As an aside, isn't it strange how the looks of the colors differ in the American and German showlines? The pattern of the saddle for example is completely different. And in the Workinglines you tend to see more black on the b/t's like the ASL. I just think thats strange!

I would've called her a melanistic black and tan, too. Pics aren't clear enough to gauge bicolor or not, I guess.

Jenni78,
I know some of the bicolors have slight markings, but I still think a true bicolor should ook like your dog.
What a gorgeous dog indeed.
She is a bi-color, isn't she?

Yes Xeph, I was aware that the middle picture and the the pic in the orginal post is the same dog. But that goes to show you how an improper or exaggerarted stack can totally distort the appearance of a really nice dog... I only meant my comment to be contructive criticizism, nothing more. I was only trying to share my experiences and hard learned lessons, I got from the school of hard knocks.

Jenni78, I agree with you, I would not consider her a bi-color. This is a pic or our girl, which I do consider a bi-color. The only tan she is what is can be seen. What do you think? 4.5mos old.

Yes, I agree that dog is a bicolor.
Ibrahim, nice photo!
She has her winter markings in that pic, too. The tan on her chest goes away in summer. She also gets eyebrows in fall and winter that go away in the spring.
Ibrahim, nice photo!

That is a pretty girl!
Here's another what I'd call "bicolor", Capri's daughter (as if you can't tell, LOL!).

Very nice girl, I like the second one by the fireplace best. I do however believe her to be more black and tan, than bi-color.
Very pretty,which ever her color.
