Good topic, you used a picture that does not show us enough of the physical development that you want to talk about.
Got another example so we can see more clearly.
Added this
You need to see the whole animal not just parts and pieces to really see development.

That is true and guess that is not what you wanted. Was I supposed to say great development and agree with you.
I just can't do that unless I see the whole animal in their prior form and the new form side by side to compare. That would then show me the Development mentioned.
Having stood outside of many a show ring watching many types of animals being judged on conformation never did I see a Judge just look at one section to make a decision.

We all gave up on the promised videos, then we campaigned hard for months to get a pic of the dog not laying on the sofa... Its been a long hard road to this point.

My point was to show the muscularity and bulk in a close up way. And I was attributing this to (1) diet and ( 2) a specific way of exercising. I also made the point that if the dog loves the ball such it is very easy to motivate the dog to exercise in this manner. I did mention that her rear thigh was very bulky almost like a human and the second pic was meant to show this.
If you take an unbiased look at the first pic you can see the bulk in the chest and shoulder and the definitions as well. Hip area covered by muscle too, not bony and protruding.
That said this dog will chase a ball more times than any of you can throw it.
