Moons,Im  not talking about the end of the world,but the last seven years before the return of Christ to set up His 1000 year millenium.

The financial holocaust has its part in the earth shaking.

REV.chapter 16
And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels,Go your ways,and pour out the vials of the wrath of God UPON THE EARTH.

he is a religious person, a Republican, who is part of a large problem, but he likes to run his mouth, and there is some insight in his new book concerning politics, finance and who owns whom.
I watched an interview with him on Bill Moyer and Company the other night on PBS.

I am here this morning sending e-mails to my elected officials concerning smoking bans and the teaching of creationist theory in the public schools here in Indiana.
I oppose both.

Moons--   Does God keep his word,or his warnings in vain?  Will he send forth his prophets and WATCHMAN with warnungs,but then do nothing,allowing their words to fall to the ground meaningless?
Whenever a people in history have hardened their hearts,God has given them over to what is called JUDICIAL BLINDNESS.   This judgement falls upon all those who mock the word of God.  It causes them to claim a false security and to trust in lies,all in an effort to preserve their dreams.  It distorts their thinking and planning,and it dulls their ears to every warning of reality.  THE RESULTS,HARDHEARTED PEOPLE CAN LOOK STRAIGHT INTO THE FACE OF A COMMING STORM AND SEE ONLY A GENTLE BREEZE.  God is about to send a storm so powerfull,it will wipe out all such arrogance.
You wont find safety from it anywhere. There wont be a hiding place for the proud and the believing.

HUH?  I thought the proud and believing didn't need to hide. Hide from what?

See I don't live my life in fear of--

1. A space rock hitting earth
2. A CME hitting earth
3. Sudden massive volcanic activity

all more likely to happen than a higher power showing up, no?

Believe what gives you peace--out.

In the book of Matthew,Jesus explains his reason for forewarning us about all of the catastrophic events.  He says Im telling you all these things so youll believe in me when you see them come to pass.  He wasnt trying to put a burden of fear on us or to motivate us to holiness be frightening us.  He simply doesnt want us to be surprised when were hit by awfull stoms.  He doesnt want our faith to be shipwrecked when we suddenly face suffering.  Most of all,he wants us to believe there is a Lord over all these awfull things,a God whos loving enough to warn us about them and keep us through it all.
