Just not enough food nor enough calcium.  Can you get him chicken with bones to eat that is far more important than hamburger. Chicken necks are great at this age.

Meal 1 and 4 are just not enought food for a puppy it is good food for a puppy but not enough.

The problem is it's not about the food quantity it's more like a habit now , he even do it when the food bowl is beside him , and yes I deworm him regularly using drontal plus

Its great you want to feed raw, however I personally would recommend switching him back to a quality kibble to get him balanced.
It sounds like his problem could be a nutrient deficiency issue.
Raw feeding is awesome if done correctly, but with puppies I think they need something that is nutritionally correct and consistent throughout their development.
Good luck with your boy, I'd love to see a picture of him!

At West Rider: do we even know if the puppy is a GSD?? Also what is puppies weight?? Those would be my questions...Next we need to know how much exercise puppy gets. As far as eggs, cottage cheese even Kefir; those are fillers and if meat to bone ratio is correct he does not need those fillers. Only one egg per day I would prefer. Vegi's are fillers also; dry food would be OK for a snack not at the same time as raw meats except ground meat. A floppy ear at 4 months is entirely possible. I would also NOT boil anything at this stage but if you do want to add yogurt or Kefir on top of food should be good also. Also 4 meals at 4 months is not necessary. Three is more than adequate if fed proper amounts of meat/bone. Nan

Nans 16 weeks 35# breed does not matter  probably not in the US so sometimes a good kibble is hard to get.

Hansome boy and looks like he will be a big guy.

He will not change/lose the habit right away it may take a few months.

The change will not happen overnight, true.

Three nutritional meals instead of four at this age would be appropriate. The addition of yogurt should be about two or three big Tablespoons. Keep any other additions of veggies to smaller amounts, too. The meals should be served consistently and at the same time. This will help you with regulating the potty schedule.

Your goal is to be there for the act of elimination so that you can praise the puppy for going, and leaving it there.

This might mean a few things:

1. Observe pup for signs of readiness to go, do not leave him alone until he has gone potty. Usually pups will be stimultated to go after a feeding. Be ready with your leash at first signs of scratching, circling, etc. Take the pup to the preferred area you want him to use as potty area. Stay there with him, use encouraging words, like "Go Potty". I would also gently lead him a circling manner to help give the idea. Do not stare at his eyes while you wait for him to get the idea. Keep the leash slack. As soon as he goes, praise the pup for "Good job!" And then, "Leave it".

Bring pup in for love and play. The excitement of playing with a "puppy friend" is actually a distraction for doing potty business, as you found out.

2. If pup is being shy about going with you standing there, holding the leash, you will need to become more patient and more determined. If you return to the house without potty success, the pup should be crated immediately, assuming the crate you are using is the proper size and not too big. After 10 to 15 minutes, take the pup out on leash again, and repeat step 1.

3. If pup does not have crate, then keep the leash on the pup and with you until you do see signs of needing to go potty, and repeat step 1.

4. Repeat as many times as needed until you have potty success. Once you have the first success, the easier and quicker it will be to make this the new potty habit. The first one is the hardest one.

There is no shortcut to what needs to happen. You need to be there when the pup goes, no matter what. You need to have patience and determination. The pup will eventually have to go, and if you do not give him the opportunity to be alone, then you will be successful to be there for the guidance and praise he needs to learn.

Good luck and I hope you have given your pup some chicken necks or wings by now! The act of chomping on the bones is also great jaw work and will help with the muscles and building cartillage for his ears to stand up. Don't give up, stay the course, and in time it will be all worth your effort.

Just for information he poops in my balcony ( I live in a flat ) and green areas are hard to find here , I took him for a walk for 90 minutes to give him the time to do it but no way he will do it and once he gets home he run into the balcony to pee and poop

Should the necks and wings be raw ?
Should I start giving supplements like (pedical syrup) or any supplement ?

And thanks guys for all the help

He is being more determined than you, to keep to what he knows. Your only solution is to wait him out. If it takes 2 or more hours for that to happen, then you need to do that. He will go potty eventually, that is a fact.

If you do return home without a potty success, he can not be allowed to be free. He needs to stay on the leash with you, even onto the balcony if that is your approved potty area. If he is on leash and you have that leash in-hand or tied to you, he will not be allowed to be alone when he goes.

If you come up with a better plan that suits you, that is fine. The only thing that needs to happen is:

YOU need to be there to praise him for going potty in the approved area. AND you need to praise him for LEAVING IT there.

Everytime he has a potty on his own terms and ends up eating it, you are reinforcing the bad habit. The more you reinforce the habit, the HARDER it will be to break it.

I will repeat: There is no short cut to this. I also wouldn't be giving supplements at this time. I would be changing his diet to what has already been suggested. Give that a chance to have an affect, first. You don't want to do too many things with diet all at once. Let his puppy digestive system have a chance to get used to the new diet. Yes, the chicken parts with bones, should be raw. He will love them.

REMEMBER: If you do this, it will only get better and easier, faster. If you don't do this, it will only get worse, for longer or, maybe forever.

Commit yourself to being the strong leader. You can do this.

Your puppy is super cute!🤗
