I agree with the most of you. I think when a dog has Heartworms that this that treatment should be a mandatory thing. It does seem like negligence to me.
In this are I know Vets who will do the treatment and let you pay it out, as well the price is dirt cheap now,then again so is Ivomec!

SGBH...yes there's a good reason to take drivers tests, because lives are at stake...same with kids and dogs..
