Too much focus on food, imo. Don't be lulled into a false sense of security because you hang around a few hours after feeding. Many (some experts argue "most") dogs bloat on empty stomachs in the middle of the night.

Not a false sense of security.
Most realize that there is no guarantee that any of this will prevent bloat in our dogs, but I say every little bits helps,,and better safe then sorry IMO.
There is no harm in doing what you can to avoid it and no harm is done in the process,,I will sleep better at night knowing I am doing all I can to avoid bloat if that's possible ...
