Interesting...came across this thread from last year, which certainly appears to link up with this situation. My question: why would Patrick and Alisha Lockett of Haus Amberg GSDs ship four puppies to Jenn Bayliff/Jenn Suzanne/Court Caldwell/Vom Haus Caldwell that weren't fully paid for in advance of the shipment, especially if she still owed them money for a dog she was purchasing from them? That doesn't make sense...
So the SV isn't interested in this little game, I wonder if the club he allegedly does helper work for would feel any differently? According to their website,
"He currently is the helper for OG Neumakrt u. Umgebung dog training facility in Bayern, Germany."
In the end, though, I think the only way lordzero and Cahn's Mom are ever going to see the registration papers for their dogs will be to take the broker to small claims court, get their money refunded, and then pay the breeder to release their paperwork.

From that, very interesting, earlier thred, I'm not at all convinced the puppy buyers would get their papers even if they sent the money to Haus Amberg. Seems like the Locketts ( that's not a very German-sounding set of names, btw ??) don't operate in a very straightforward way, whoever they are dealing with. I note the failure to counter any of these accusations through a response to PDB with their 'side' of these stories. Hhmmmm.
One thing I am confused about, dunno if any of you have worked this out, is: are the puppies they claimed Jenn had already rooked them on by not paying the full amount THE SAME pups as involved in either cahnsmom or lordzero purchases, or different ones ? If different & earlier, why would the Locketts be prepared to deal with 'Jenn' on an ongoing basis ???
Oh well, whether this ever gets satisfactorarily resolved, or not, at least all 3 of these lovely people are immortalised on here as a clear warning to anybody else doing their 'due diligence'; and it doesn't hurt to know how little help the SV has been prepared to be.

Take the time to notify Instagram, Facebook, etc that these people are scammers.
Help stop them it may also help you if you take them to small claims court.

Mr. Lockett claims he is the owner of these puppies we are talking about and he told me he just used Marco Wendt's kennel name to register this litter . However, on May 29th, 2019, I received a text from Marco Wendt asking me what the problem was and he said he was the breeder. I also have a copy of the pink papers for my dog Mel B v Haus Kathleen that Patrick sent me with the names of her 3 other littermates, and the papers he sent me have Marco's name on them. It's only a partial photo of the papers, so I don't know what the rest of the papers say.
I have a copy of the contract that Patrick sent me between the Haus Amberg, (Alishia Lockett) and Jennifer Suzanne to split the puppies and Jenn was to pay for her half of the litter that she imported, as well as give the Locketts half the profit she received, plus late fees if any, I am going to assume the litter was purchased by the Locketts because I don't know why you would buy your own litter.
I'm not sure how Marco Wendt, Vom Haus Kathleen, is connected to Mr. Lockett because Mr. Lockett first told me Marco was an employee of his, and in another conversation he said he was his partner. Maybe it means the same to him but not to me. By the way Patrick Lockett is or was in the service stationed in Germany and his Kennel Haus Amberg is there. He may have a residence here in the USA as well, but I don't know for sure. According to him, he also has a couple of other kennels (breeders) here in the USA affiliated with his kennel. I will assume those are the people he has on his website. The puppy I bought from Haus Amberg is a Henko v Holtkamper Hof / Illy v. Holkamper Hof puppy was or is registered in Germany with Vom Haus Kathleen. It truly makes me wonder what the heck is going on.
Mr. Lockett has also sent copies of emails or letters he received from his attorney in Houston stating that Jenn is not paying and probably won't, so Patrick starts urging us puppy buyers to go after her. He suggests paying him for the puppies and going after her. When this first started I was told I would get my papers (twice, in 2 different conversations) regardless of the outcome and that was over a year ago. After the second time he promised me the papers and I didn't receive, I asked Patrick why I didn't get them he changed his mind and said no one was getting papers until he was paid. And he wants me to trust him?
As far as Jenn's Hancock and other female, and she showed me and I have copies of receipts showing where Jenn paid for her Hancock and yes it lines up pretty close with the sell of these Henko puppies that don't get their papers. I am sure she probably used the rest to buy her female that she is currently trying to get reservations on for an upcoming litter for where the dogs haven't been bred yet.
Yes, she's pretty good at bashing other people's dogs. Jenn also bashed my Willy son that I bought from another breeder at the same time I bought my Henko puppy from her. She sounded like she was extremely offended that I did not buy another puppy from her and told me I needed to get rid of him. Thank God I didn't.
I just hope that others keep coming through with their information and stories. If nothing else they will learn there are tons of scams coming from people you would never expect it from.

Well enough is enough. I PM'd Patrick got no answer. I am going to mark the title as all parties have some kind of scam going.
