I didn't say you were stupid, only ignorant about weapons.
And perhaps misinformed.
Most people are, they don't have time to be informed.

Would you believe it if I did produce for you proof positive that gun manfacturers changed the designs of their weapons in order to eliminate them from the previous assault weapons ban without simple modifications that could be purchased separately? Of course you wouldn't and I'm pretty sure you already know it's the truth anyway. I'm not wasting my time. Don't assume you are the world's leading authority on guns, Moons. I live with people who know a lot more about guns and ammo than you can ever hope to..

And yes Blitzen, they did make minor changes to certain weapons.

Once you have a certain platform it is very interchangeable. Unless they outlaw metal lathe's it will be hard to stop.
