God's most recognizable quality is that from one persona to another, He's unrecognizable.

so what exactly is the difference between an immaterial non-interacting, unchanging god that sits outside of space and time and no god?

yeah seems to have a sense of humour, i mean an omniscient, omnipresent, omnibenelovent, all powerful, all loving god that created the infinite expanse of the universe that 99.9999999% seems completely inhospitable to all known life forms.....and hiccups,  head lice, mosquitoes.........funny guy.
