Thank you, Cliff.  Did you seriously mean some of these kennels

ignore ALL of those at one time ?  Or are they just examples of

missing bits, spread over a large number of purchases ?

Whatever,  not suggesting you can't get good dogs out of some

breeder even if they met none of the ten points  -  but it makes it

a whole lot harder;  especially for anyone picking a dog at the

'normal' intervals  (i.e. not doing what you do, numbers-wise, when

you are bound to build up a better rapport with the kennels, I'd think).

He said they are all things he has experienced. He didn't say he has experienced all of them at once every time. Teeth Smile

He said "6 out of 10", which could be read either way, that's what I was

checking.

No Pete it wasn't - the list was a much more basic, all breeds, one (and it

did claim not to be all-inclusive )  -  but maybe, at least for working / pastoral /

gundog etc breeds, it should have included that point !

Passe Gustav, still one a lot of UK breeders would be ignoring ...  but one
