Geez, this wasn't supposed to deteriorate into a bash-fest.  Ruger and I were having a friendly, honest conversatoin and too many jumped on the band wagon to bash away.  I'm not trying to make fun here, I'm trying to understand a position and if we'd all do that, there wouldn't be nearly as much venom in the air.  Chill out folks!

Ruger, to contimue our discussion.  Do you see any merit in the Sam Harris quote I posted?  If not, why?  If yes, why?  I don't kow if you're familiar with WLCraig, but I'm thinking you are.  This quote was regarding a debate between them.  I'd like to hear your thoughts on it.

Vk ~ how many times would you like to post that picture? ,,, I suppose Gods resonsible for that child's suffering huh?  Smh,, of course. 

That picture has a far more sinister meaning then first meets the eye,,, As disturbing as that child's suffering is, it is tempory.

However that picture has a far deeper meaning. Look close Vk,, that's not a child~  it's you! And that vulture lying in wait ~ is Death. And unlike the child who suffers temporarily, you will suffer for eternity separated from God. I imagine that doesn't shake your boots, yet, but there will come a time when you will feel differently. I remember the first time I saw that picture. I could not erase the somberness of that visual. Not that of the child so much, as the reality of all mans desperate condition without Christ,, 

Travels ~ Do you have a link to that debate? I was trying to Google it without luck,,ashamedly I don't think ( I have read so much over the years it's hard to say for sure ) I have read anything by Craig ,,,
