Dawulf

Qira gets called all sorts of things. Q-dog... Q... Qir... Q-doggy-dog... Pup/s... Puppy... Sheppy-shep... Booger-butt...

And my cat, Cheyanne, is almost always just Chey, unless she's in trouble. She's also called Chey-Chey, Little Meow, Brat-Cat, S/Kitters, Fuzzy.... and theres always "Get your butt out of my face I'm trying to sleep!" LOL.

Dads dog Yapper, is referred to most as Piggy, Oink, or Yappy. When we first got him, his previous owners had shaved him all the way down to his skin, and with that curly tail and short, snorty snout of his, he looked just like a little pink pig! So it stuck.

I used to call Shelby "Sweet Pea" and Shoogy (as in sugar) Boogy. I call Josey, our male Shiloh, "Big hunk of bow wow". I call our 14 month old female "Psychopup" and "Little Terror".

Kalibeck

by Kalibeck on 23 July 2014 - 22:07

I used to call my Kali; Kali-Wally-Woo or just Woozer.

Ansgar I call Cigar, dunno why, it just evolved....

Beckett gets called Bucket, or something that rhymes with bucket if he's being a pain...

Ani is Lil' Bit, or Bitty, or Bitters or Sh***ers, or Lil' Bitch if she's being ignorant. She is, like her sister Ansgar, scary smart; & she tries to run the household, 'yelling' at Carl & I if we stay up too late, leave lights on, don't get up according to HER schedule. Hence she gets called a variety of names, not always affectionately, lol!

And Sunsilver, calling a dog by another dogs name is understandable, but I've been known to call the Hubby, kids, & grandkids by my dogs names, & vice versa! I wonder if the dogs feel as insulted as the people do? Red Smile jackie harris

Jackie, when my husband was alive, we were driving along one day with his two sons, Keith and Kevin,  and the dog, Tasha, in the car. He was talking about Tasha, who did not care for strangers trespassing on the property. "Of course, when Kevin bit the postman..."

I forget what came next. I was laughing too hard. Kevin indignantly piped up, "I did WHAT??"

We finally had to explain to Roger why we were all laughing so hard!

One of those moment you'll never forget...  Teeth Smile

I believe it is Det. Stan Wojciehowicz, or his nickname, Wojo.

It's Polish, whereas the above spelling of Mojo-howitz would more likely be Jewish, but, without the -.

Barney Miller was a great show with some phenomenal comedic actors.

Spooks

Kira gets called all forms of endearments, mainly Big Girl though. Others are Keekle, Kikilicious, Keeks

My two collies

Steve gets the normal Stevie Boy, Stevelo

Sadie just has the one - Little Sh**

by beetree on 24 July 2014 - 12:07

As it turns out, Mojohowicz would be the correct spelling of his nickname because it is from The Barney Miller show. I do remember now, that it was a great show at the time!

Wojo would be a great name for a W litter dog, too! :)
