I agree dont send him anymore money .When doing bank wire transfer's , there is a conformation # that you can give your bank to track it from his bank . I used to work for Bank of America doing this for people ,I would goto your bank and talk to someone regarding the transfer to make sure that the other party did recive it into there account , sometimes the paperwork can be done wrong by the bank . Check all your options . Hopefully you get your dog .
