I agree with Rik & Yellowrose,

first use some fabric glue,like Rik said, it wears off after awhile, so it's pretty safe.

Also, I remember selling two female pups to a lady acouple of years back, and one of the pups had a problem

with the ears coming up, I think it was from the other pup chewing & jumping on her head....
I've never had a problem with ears, but this looked like a no brainer, keep those pups separated!
And Yellowrose, I know a lady that has 2 dogs from different litters altogether & both have funky looking ears,
like they are probably crated for long periods of time

Here's pups of mine that went home together, I think the black pup has both ears down now.....

Tape the ears in position with masking tape, its light weight and works wonderfully.

I had a dog once she hit the record at 12 month ears was not up nothing worked she would rub everything of. I changed the dog food to plain old Purina puppy chow and the ears came up. I could not believe it. That was a exception and the oldest ever to bring the ears up at this age.
