Great looking Pup and he looks well
Do you mind me giving you one Tip
Trim off the tail at the bottom it causes staticsometimes when it touches certain parts of the ground, if the hair is trimmed up it stops it
Just feel where the flesh and sinew is, and trim close to it finishing in a half round to make it look tidy
I think the Pup will appreciate it

He looks like a black to me - many/most blacks have the brown between the toes and sometimes on the lower legs, much as your pup shows - and they can develop more brown on the legs as they get older. However, if he has brown around the vent, he is bicolor. Black would not have brown around the vent or on the face/chest as bicolors would. Does he have brown around the vent? If not, then he is genetically black and would not produce bicolor or black/tan unless bred to a dog with those color genes.
Nice looking pup - yes long-stock coat, but large strong bone and good looking head. Healthy (a touch overweight I think) and a little bit too long, or would look better with slightly longer legs to balance the length of his back. Just a little too long/low, but maybe he will change as he matures. Nice pup.
