1. What is your definition of Working" - SchH3 - regional level places very high

2. What is your definition of "Extreme" - "extreme working dive" and not extreme angulation......

3. Have you seen the dogs work off field or our you judging there "Workability" on trial results.Yes, and videos. I've seen Zaira........she is extreme working show dog.

4. Has she been bred before(how many times) and what has she produced? She's have 7 litters, last was 7 puppies.
Who were the males she was bred to? She has produced many winners.......top males.......have to get back on the names.

5. What are your plans for (I assume to continue breeding) her. Plan  title her in SchH and breed her, let her retire as a couch potato in a few years. She is also a likeable dog.

6. What lines are you going to continue to breed her to? - more show lines that compete with working dog lines of course, maybe Zaira's son.

Okay honest answers:

My honest opinion she is almost 6 years old and has had 7 litters to date? she nees to be spade and given to a wonderful home to rest...

I,d not buy her. Maybe 500.00 if not intact. to a pet home to rest.

Honestly it sounds like she has had her guts bred out of her already she has made someone lots o cash now it rest time...IMHO...

My question is why is she for sale?  If she is such a great dog that produces great dogs, why is the owner selling her?

When you say extreme drives and compare them to working dogs, what working line dogs are you comparing too?  Just becaue a dog is from "working Lines"  does not automatically mean it has extreme or super drive.  If you are comparing to well known proven "working line" dogs that is a different story.  I would need more info, like number of litters, number of pups, pedigree, scores, etc.

I didn't see the 7 litters.  I'm with Bob.  Someone will buy her to just breed her a few more times and try to make a quick buck off a GSD cash cow.  The owner should spay her and find her a nice home if they are done with her.

Slamdunc:

If lookiing at titles and scoresI ,d look to see who the judges were first. A very wise man once told me better to have mediocre score from tuff judges then high scores from santa claus...

Bob,
That's very true.  But I would expect some fair judging at a Regional event.  I'd also like to see when they titles were obtained and when she was in whelp.  7 litters for a SchH 3 dog at 6 years old, she's been a very busy girl.

i also agree with Bob.  If you figure you would not consciously breed her till she is two after hips and elbow xrays, she has had 7 litters in 5 years.  Poor thing.  She deserves to be be spayed, loved and spoiled, nice walks and ice cream. lol.

Slamdunc:

I agree she has been poping them out since she was old enough, actually if the math serves me right maybe before?

I,m not a breeder so i have a tainted view, I,ve got 3 females that were working all have good potential for breeding working abality, genetics, temperment, talent but I will only breed one when there ready. I want a Male out of my Axel who will be breeding the lucky girl because i want to keep a male from him to work. It,s tuff for me to look at long term breeding of a female since i only want to breed for my self and a few others...

maybe thet breed would be better off if more people used that frame of mind...

OK, I've found-
Senon v. Noort
Bazi v.d. Urbecke
Dux de Cuatro Flores
Pakros d' Ulmental

Looks like she's had 5 litters so far.......

$500 Bob?  She is due to whelp to an IPO2 police dog is she not?  I'd think more than $500.

The fact that she has been prego most of her adult life and she is IPO3 is amazing really and she isn't 6yrs yet.  Wow, where did she/they find the time?

Red Sable:

Yes you are right in my thought I did not give credit that she was carring a litter.
