Does your vet know that you have stated she gave you a class 3, controlled drug? I am sure she would be none too pleased. I am sure an audit by the DEA is not something she would enjoy. You have now jeopardized her license and reputation!

You already put your vet in jeopardy! It is a FEDERAL violation!!!! You can have a necropsy done on your your dog to find any poisoning etc. Let me guess, you can't do that. Bob we used to tell that joke back home in west Virginia also.! Strangely enough a lot of it is true! I find the N word repulsive no matter the usage or reason. But 1 of my all time favorite movies is Blazzing Saddles... you could not make that movie now a days even if your name was Speilberg.
