FYI:
This is how the xray needs to be identified: All digital images submitted must include dog identification (full registered name if applicable OR registration number OR microchip/tattoo), clinic name, and date of radiography overlaid on the image. See detailed instructions for ID and positioning on the second page of the OFA Hip/Elbow
https://www.ofa.org/veterinarian/veterinary-submissions
So the dog does not have to have chip or have tattoo on the xrays. It is "or" proposition. If thedog has only name then Bob Fox can claim that this is not the correct dog. the only way one can prove it is the correct dog is if there is a chip or tattoo registered in his name. As far as the application goes the veterinarian has option - 1/ dog was identified with chip or tattoo or
/2 was not identified with chip or tattoo
If not then the results are not sent to AKC.

I will have her date and send them to OFA from yesterday with the microchip. Now what? Next? The dog is registered in my name. Therefore it will go on AKC and OFA.

His son is owner on her papers, so tell bf to pound sand.
Don't communicate with him. Let him sue if he wants...he won't, he will stay as far away from the authorities as he can get.
File a harrasment and restraining order against the fraudster.
DNA will id the dog as to the supposed parents. He won't pay for that either . Fraudster never want investigations...it will expose them for the criminals they are.
Edited to correct auto correct....sue was changed to see. :-/

So it is ludicrous if he " claims" she used a different dog for exrays....he can claim all he wants..he is trying to intimidate you...don't give him the power....Anne, let the slime ball prove it!
Walk away and block the creep! Block him on your phone, fb, email, your mind, and let him stew in his own poison!

I think that’s great advice. I will take it. I’m going to look into hip replacement for this sweet girl, and move on. We love her. She is nothing to him, or he would have done the right thing from the beginning.
I also have all the texts proving I offered her back more than once. I have texts proving he wasn’t interested in meeting me at vets office with her either.

Prager: Shure he can. He'll say you microchipped some other dog which is not his. The only way is DNA the dog.
