Reliable? Personally, I don't give a whole lot of creedence to any one source, on just about any issue. The first thing I ask myself is why something has made the news. With this particualr incident, I reserve judgment on the specifics, and realize that the facts speak to the way in which this man made his bed, and I said as much. Whatever else I get from the coverage is filtered through what I have learned has transpired over the course of time. I am of the opinion that most like to process what they see or read in some sort of contextual vacuum, or processed according to a context given or applied, which may have little basis in truth or fact. I see this happening, and it speaks to me because I witness a common thread within other areas of bureaucracy. There are those who would very much prefer we did not do so. ATF, IRS, DOHS, and DOJ are some that immediately come to mind.

Sides? I don't waste my time with that nonsense, at least not in the way that you see "sides".  If I had to draw a line, we'd both end up on the same side of it.

Carlin who are you trying to impress here because your old posts sure are different from your latter posts, makes me really wonder about a lot of things.

Now, I'd very much like to hear both how it is that you are qualified to qualified to question whether anyone should be raising children or not. I venture to say you are not. You're liekly not capable of explaining how it is that I may be "jaded", as you say. Shall we discuss how very "jaded", "afflicted", and disenfranchised your posts find you ? That would also be very interesting I think. You also may not wish to make a habit of chasing off our international participants in this public place. As site admin, some may feel undue pressure, believing it to be representative of site policy. I'll let you and Oli sort that one out.
