Well with that said, I think apples are more healthy than most fruits but Kwi Kwi is also very much a top healthy fruit and if you eat enough of any of the fruits, without adding sugar, the death food, according to the New MOVIE :"FED UP", you will be improving your diet.
TRY doing without any , not one drop of sugar for 10 days>
Read labels as milk and almost anything you eat unless it is vegetable or meat or fruit with no sugar added, is gonna be a very hard 10 days...NO CHEATING>..remember sugar has many names...
My favorite health food is Lemons..THEY are acidic but when swallowed and enter the stomach they become Alkaline and cause the ph to raise up when added to water or any dish or beverage.
Eat the enamel off your teeth but go into the body to keep and raise your PH up where it is not acidic ..Cancer grows in and feeds on acid...Alkaline foods are most importatant and watermelon, berries, grapes and lemons all are Alkaline.
