I didn't say IS i said WAS, and yes they were. I happen to be excited with who we have elected right now. There was enough good ol boy stuff going on every single year. Not going to rehash 5 years ago, let alone a decade or 2. Either you weren't around or you didn't care. and yes, the WDA is doing it's share to weaken itself. It's not without help though.

Zdog,
Your second line stated: "This IS what some power hungry at the top want, absolutely."
But, thank you for the clarification as we agree regarding the current USCA leadership. And, the diligence any membership should maintain that their elected leadership serve absent any self serving agendas.
Best to you,
Kevin

I don't understand how this thread has anything to do with the USCA. It is about how the board of the WDA changed the rules that all other FCIs follow to allow the largest breeder on the east coast and board member to have his dogs go VA a second time without having their IPO3.

I started out a WDA member. Didn't know any better and there were no USCA shows near me (still are not, I have to travel 5-7 hours). I attended a NASS event and I remember hundreds of dogs, lots of stuff to do, the vendors were amazing. I am still using a lot of the training supplies I bought at that show. Some of the classes were so large the judge had to split them in half in order to see all the dogs in the ring. The show started at sunup and we were still trying to photograph dogs at dusk. Now I look at the results and see some classes with one dog?! I think I've seen club and regional shows with better turnouts.

Really?? How is USCA supposed to be responsible for what WDA does at WDA's premier event and the shenanigans therein? People need to take responsibility:USCA is NOT responsible for NASS, the government shut-down, nor anyone's cold, flu, or hemmarhoids..

I really should buy stock in Kraft Foods...lots of Kool Aid being consumed.

and how was this a reason to justify UScA's actions in the past? It's bad, all on it's own it's bad. We know that, but you're like a little fucking child that stands up and screams so everybody knows your "team" is winning over and over and over when just the last game, they were caught cheating and losing too. It's annoying really. Poor sports are poor sports, in winning or losing or in things that have nothing to do with either. And you're easy to spot.
