lol, Shtal, according to you all they have to do is repent and you will be sitting next to them in your special place.

LOL Bee, You know if he basically can sit in the backround with no position, he can take pot shots at everyone else. The world is his target. Kind of a cowardly approach IMO...

Hey kettle, meet pot. Funny, ML I but myself out there way more than most people and I don't shy away from ideas, people or fairy tales. I tell it how it is and the way I feel which is different than most who pussyfoot around and sit on the fence so they can claim not them when an issue is discussed.
chances are pretty good you will know my position which is more than I can say for 99% of posters.

Thank you GSD Admin for your candid, almost snarkfree response. I will give you the same back!
I am going to paraphrase my impression on what you said in my answer. I noticed you said you believe in a God, but appear confident it isn't like the One God you believe me, to claim faith in. So, I am unclear if the God idea you believe in, is the only God, as you understand things? That would mean you can allow for more than one god, or any one else who doesn't share your "godview" with theirs is deluded? I think that is proper logic.
I thought it was fairly obvious where my faith bias began and what bits I currently choose to hold onto. I believe in One God, and the concept of the Holy Trinity. I do not believe religion is something needed for everyone, in order to be spiritual. I am probably going to hell by most religions standards. That does not deter me from believing in a loving God and of course, that this being alive business, will just be the end of another corporeal body. I do believe we have souls. There is no explaining that. It is pure feeling, so very subjective, I suppose.
I do believe God's word is holy but do not take what is written literally in the Bible, on all levels. I do believe upon death there is a judgment and dispensing, or even a rejoining of our souls. The matter of "punishment" or "reward", I really have no clue. I don't waste time wondering, either.
I think that is pretty consistent with any postings I have made on here.

strangely i think i get broadly speaking admins take on it. there so many less contradictory and less violent religions less power hungry than xtianity.
Hitler is an example of what a twisted religion like christianty and biblegod can produce.

Do you really have an understanding of the circumstances and influences which created Hitler? This comment would seem to indicate otherwise.

...because that certainly has little to do with evolution and the human condition.

Hitler was into the occult/Satan worship BIG time
That couldn't be further away from the God of the Bible.
