Christ if fine in the church yard, he is not fine at the court house, is that so complicated?
It's not atheism it's equality.

I haven't spoken to all of them personally, but I think if they do not share my perspective, they expect a monopoly.

I hate that "pagan" society seeks to take Christ out of Christmas. On the other, hand I hate when Christians feel the need to take our pagan traditions out of Christmas,, Merry Christmas or Happy Holidays; does it really matter??,,

Christmas is not a biblical holiday,, IMO we have the freedom (spiritually speaking) to celebrate as we see fit..I personally do not make a big to do about "baby Jesus",,I find the fuss over a baby in a manger to be foolish..The reality that Christ humbled himself in taking on the form of humanity is significant indeed, The significance of that act is not satisfied in nativity scenes and such,,

God does not need us to keep Christ in Christmas. God is not at the mercy of any tradition, law, organization, idea,,or the like,,Christ is not a helpless baby in a manger,,He is God,,Let pagans do as they wish and how they wish ,Christmas should serve as a reminder to all Christians of what God did for us in sending His Son,,And how we observe it is our choice,,

I would prefer to see pagans observe Christmas in a pagan manner rather then irreverently shoving God once a year into a manger with holiday sentimentality  ,,

Do the atheist here know that in some country's

Atheist are accused of being heretics and hooligans who can be sentenced to prison at any time.

Not so in U.S.A or Canada.
Lets keep it that way.

I want to know how anyone's Christmas is being taken away because the President has a holiday tree or your town square doesn't have a manger.  Please elaborate.  Are angels no longer allowed on your lawn?  Are mangers no longer allowed on church property?  Do the crosses on churches now have to be removed?  Do the Christians have to meet in secret in order to worship?   I really want an honest explanation.  Please elaborate on how Christmas is being taken away from anyone and how God is being taken out of schools.
