but maybe just people who hate people of faith."
OMG that is priceless. Don't throw pearls at the feet swine? It's like playing telephone...it never quite comes out the same after you've passed it around enough times. And that is like the bible. Who KNOWS how those stories began before they hit the oral tradition.
The expressions are:
"Don't cast pearls before swine" and "the opiate of the masses." Yeah it matters. I hear the original version of the New Testament, when translated from the original Hebrew, called Jesus was the Son of Man, not the Son of God. Changes things drastically.

I am a dog trainer...this is where I should be.
A troll by definition would be some one who does not
have dog or has nothing to contribute about dogs.
They just come here to stir up crap....
I don't fit that description.....but some people here
do. They are generally the ones who use troll or
other unflattering names to empower their lack
of self esteem.
Not you GSDT....you are just trying to make a point.

Don't cast...don't throw???....picky picky.
I need to break out my Vines translation Book.
It gives the original translations in Greek and Hebrew.
I was surprised to see the original Greek translation
in the verse where Peter was ask if he loved Christ ,
he said I like you 3 times...not I love you. Which is
what Jesus asked.
Vm,.. you are very right in saying you should look for the original
script, don't rely on Max's interpretations.

Who thought that one up?
