Measurement is this - look at ALL the working GSDs the world over, competitions everywhere, who wins, what dogs reproduce top quality, customer feedback and the end result of what we all understand to be the 'standard' of working GSD excellence - add it all up and (drum roll) tell us who is better.

Bold statement - sure, and factually correct (unless you contest the above criteria;-).  Tell us who is better - I'd really like to know...

To suggest I must provide some sort of scientific tool or "benchmark" to support my assertion is quite sophomoric - obviously we're dealing with a slightly subjective (if, however, the above criteria mean something, objective judgement also) judgment - UNLESS we can agree on what merits constitute the GSD working dog standard of excellence (and I think we can do that - soundness of mind, drive(s), nerves, character, physical soundness, nobility).  Given what most 'tend' to agree on as the standard, Eurosport wins (unless you say otherwise, of course;-).

I am not short on experience and know an awful lot of kennel owners from coast to coast (having bought from many...), so perhaps this -  and nearly 40 years training working dogs gives my judgment just a tad of credence.

Speech over - best wishes to all on this thread, Eurosport lovers and haters alike ;-)

Please forgive my perhaps "excessive" self assurance on this topic - of course there are other fine kennels.

Personal experience, which can admittedly jade a judgment, factors in - in my case:  The pup I got from T and Josef is, and I hate to introduce such a term - damn near *perfect* - and I say damn near just to come down to earth a little: No weaknesses at all and I'm willing to bet you would, to-a-person, agree.  NONE.  The highest prey, defense, fight drive, obedience drive, character, heart, I have ever seen at any competition, club event, on the street - anywhere.  At 15 months, he could work in any police dept in America, and I don't make that statement lightly - many "think" their dogs could do Pol Svs work, are champions of their dogs and engage in wishful thinking and ego driven sentiment - I try like hell to be objective and *NOT* do this.  I know what makes a top police dog.  I've just never seen anything like this guy (male, Ozzy Barnero/Fany Nerisnicka Dolina) - not just strong - through-the-roof in every department.  Yet in the home, absurdly calm and well behaved.  My new standard of excellence - my benchmark, if you will...

I told Taunya this is my last dog and he has to be great, and I set what most of you would consider unrealistic expectations before he was shipped.  I am simply stunned that he has exceeded them all.

Still stunned, but also thrilled, owning him seems like a dream, as though I will wake up and a different reality will surface.

We've all worked at clubs, gone to competitions, watched great dogs and heard the talk regarding many - the winners especially.  Almost all have some measurable weakness - I have to admit, I've never seen a working dog of any breed without at least one or two identifiable weaknesses (which skilled handlers learn to work with) - until now.

I appreciate your allowing me to share this with you all and hope to NOT have offended with my "boldness.".

Opine over (I do about one a year, and this is it:-).

Graciously yours,
Chris & Marco

I too am very happy with my Eurosport pup.

He is beautiful, fearless and driven.

Eurosport customer service is excellent.

I would most definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a top quality dog.
